South Africa

ZIMBABWE
I find Zimbabwe a magical country. The Victoria Falls are one of the seven wonders of the world, and the Zambezi River is simply majestic.
The lodges are stunning, set alongside the river so you can see the Vic Falls in the morning, watch elephants bathe in the river at lunchtime, and enjoy a good glass of wine while the sun dips below the horizon for a spectacular African sunset.
Not to mention, the baobab trees will blow your mind! A trip to Victoria Falls makes a fantastic extension to South Africa.
Botswana
There are a few different ways to visit Botswana, but the best way is a fly-in safari to include the Okavango, Moremi and/or Savuti, and then Chobe.
There are many luxury lodges to choose from, and I know the best ones.
Botswana is unrivalled for wildlife; it is remote, the waters of the Okavango are crystal clear, and the experience all in all is spectacular. I can arrange Botswana on its own, with a side trip to Victoria Falls, or combined with South Africa.
Rwanda/Uganda
Seeing the gorillas is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. I know this because I have done it. It was hard, wild, brilliant, and the best thing I have ever done. There are different ways to see the gorillas and the golden monkeys, and I will give you the options.
Combine the gorilla trip with a custom-designed safari to Kenya or Tanzania.
Namibia
You need time to visit Namibia; the country is vast. The thing I sell the most often is Sossusvlei: the Namib sand dunes, which are a wonder and often an add-on to South Africa.

KENYA/TANZANIA
Kenya is all about safari and beach.
Tanzania is about safari and Mount Kilimanjaro.
The best way is a private mobile safari or a fly-in safari.
My personal recommendation: if you are coming all this way and investing the time and money, then plan it during the Great Migration, especially if you want to see animals in the thousands!
